If you expect your take-profit and stop-loss to be executed according to the set values, our company cannot meet this requirement. We promise that whether it is for take-profit, stop-loss or pending order fill, the positive and negative slippage are fair and symmetric.

NCE strictly implements the negative balance protection policy. All investors are not required to repay for possible negative equity in their accounts. We will check and reset the accounts with negative balance in time.

If the disconnection is caused by a failure of our server, NCE will compensate for the related orders at the most favourable price during the disconnection period. If it is the failure of the client's local network or network operator, the compensation request will not be accepted.
